Shipping and Returns


All domestic orders are shipped from our studio in Mysore, India using DTDC or Speed Post service of India Post and all international orders through DHL Express.

Ready items, bought from our store, are shipped out in 2 - 5 working days and once shipped, the packages are usually delivered in another 2- 5 business days.

The date of shipping of custom orders will be conveyed to you at the time of taking the order.

 

SHIPPING WITHIN INDIA

We offer free shipping on all orders above INR 1000.

For order values of INR 1000 or below, you will see the total shipping amount for the items that you have selected when you review your order in the checkout.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship all over the world though DHL Express, at a flat rate calculated by weight.
For International orders, please get in touch with us here as they are currently processed manually. International payments will be accepted through PayPal or Bank Transfers. 
Once shipped, the packages are usually delivered between 2- 5 business days.

ORDER + SHIPPING PROCESS

As soon you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders are dispatched from our studio in Mysore, India within 2-5 working days unless stated otherwise in the product description. Delivery date for custom orders will be communicated to you at the time of taking order.

Once the order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number which you can use to track your order on the website of the relevant courier company.

Please ensure that you provide the full address, including any special instructions, as we will not be responsible if the shipment goes missing due to the wrong address. If an incomplete address or phone number is provided, we will email you to ask for the full address/phone number. As we are unable to schedule deliveries without a valid address and phone number, if we do not get a reply after 2 attempts to reach you, we will initiate a refund after cancelling the order.

Deliveries will take place between Monday-Saturday, and will be attempted thrice before they are returned to us. There will be additional fees for further shipping attempts, or for any change of address after the delivery has been scheduled and you have received your tracking number. Please allow 6 working days from dispatch for your goods to arrive, though normally they arrive within 3 working days.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS + TAXES

We have arranged for DHL to clear your goods at the customs and deliver them to your doorstep to make your shopping experience as convenient as possible. However, as custom duties and charges vary from country to country, they cannot be predicted and so any customs charges and/or handling fees charged by the courier company will be the buyer’s responsibility. 

RETURNS


We really hope that you’re happy with your Lilorosh purchase. However, if you are unhappy or if your product has been damaged in transit, please contact us at hello@lilorosh.com as soon as possible.

Given the nature of our products, we reserve sole discretion to provide resolution as we deem fit. Every return or exchange request is treated as an individual case. 

Please note that minor differences in colour, printing and placement of the print are not considered defects, but are part of the intrinsic hand made and sustainable nature of our products and are what makes each piece special. 

Refund or replacement is not applicable on custom made products.

Please note - If you are unsure about the size of a bag/book you see on our store, before you place the order, please take a ruler or measuring tape and compare it with an existing bag/ book to make sure that it meets your expectations regarding its size.
