INTERNATIONAL ORDERS AND PAYMENTS

We accept international credit and debit cards. All payments on our website are currently processed in Indian Rupees (INR).

Your bank or card provider will automatically convert the amount to your local currency at the prevailing exchange rate.

For international customers, PayPal is also available as a payment option through Razorpay, allowing you to complete your purchase in the currency of your choice.

ORDERING + CANCELLATION

We make every effort to ensure all products are in stock and up to date, but in the unlikely event that we do not have your chosen product we will contact you and offer either a refund or a later delivery if possible. We do not allow for cancellation of orders. Please write to us at hello@lilorosh.com if you have any issues regarding the same. We will try our best to resolve any problems.


REFUND POLICY

In the case of a refund, the refund will be processed in 5-7 business days.


PRICING

Prices are inclusive of taxes, but not any custom duty/charges that may occur for international deliveries, octroi/local state taxes for delivery within India or transaction fees that you may be charged by your bank for making a payment in a different currency to your holding account. We reserve the right to adjust any prices or shipping amounts at any time without notice.


IMAGES + DESCRIPTIONS

We try our best to photograph and describe accurately the colour of products on the website.  However, please do remember that colour representation varies from monitor to monitor. The crop of the pattern might vary from the one on the website, but in that case, it will be very carefully thought out. This is not considered a fault, instead adds to the characteristics of each product and is part of what makes every single Lilorosh product special and unique. 

 

Please note - If you are unsure about the size of a bag/book you see on our store, before you place the order, please take a ruler or measuring tape and compare it with an existing bag/ book to make sure that it meets your expectations regarding its size.
