  • If customs duty is refused, we unfortunately cannot cancel the order or issue a refund, as we’re a small business and unable to absorb those costs. We truly appreciate your understanding.

  • Since our products are handmade in small batches, we do not accept returns. Exchanges are possible only if the product is damaged or defective, reported within 7 days of delivery.
