All Lilorosh products are thoughtfully designed and many are handcrafted in small batches. As a result, slight variations in colour, texture, or finishing may occur and are part of the character of the product.
We make every effort to display product colours and details accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will reflect the exact colour of the product.
All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to discontinue or modify products at any time without prior notice.
All prices on our website are originally listed in Indian Rupees (INR). For the convenience of international customers, we use an automated currency conversion tool to display approximate prices in your local currency based on your location.
Please note that the final transaction is processed in INR, and the exact amount charged may vary slightly depending on your bank or card provider’s exchange rate.
If you choose to pay via PayPal (available through Razorpay), you may complete your purchase in the currency of your choice, subject to PayPal’s exchange rates and terms.

Orders are shipped from India.
International orders are shipped via our logistics partner ShipGlobal, with duties and taxes included in the shipping charges shown at checkout. In most cases, customers will not need to pay any additional customs fees upon delivery.
In rare instances where customs authorities impose additional charges, these will be the responsibility of the buyer. If this occurs, please feel free to write to us and we will do our best to assist you. However, any resolution in such cases will be at our discretion.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and customs processing. While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframes, delays caused by courier services or customs authorities are beyond our control.

Returns within India are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition.
Due to the high cost of international shipping, we currently do not accept returns on international orders. However, if your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will resolve the issue.
